How do I change my delivery date?
Log in to your account. From the Account Login page, click the Subscriptions tab to view your active and paused subscriptions. Under Actions, click Edit for any active subscription you want to change.

How do I cancel my subscription?
From the My Account page, click the Subscriptions tab to view your active and paused subscriptions. You can pause a subscription at any time. Under Actions, click Cancel for subscription you want to Cancel/Pause.

How do I change my delivery frequency?
Log in to your account. From the My Account page, click the Subscriptions tab to view your active and paused subscriptions. Under Actions, click Edit for any active subscription you want to change. From there, you can you can modify Subscription Delivery Schedule and change your delivery frequency between 4 weeks or 6 weeks.

Can I subscribe to multiple items?
Yes, you may subscribe to multiple products at once. You can later add or remove products from an existing subscription, as well as manage Delivery Schedule, Charge Date, and more.

How do I add a product to my subscription?
Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab, then click Add Product. This will open a pop-up where you can search, view, and select additional products to add to your upcoming deliveries. You may also choose the frequency and first shipment date.

How do I skip or pause a delivery?
To Skip a delivery, log in to your account. Click on Delivery Schedule on the left to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions. To skip a delivery, you can click Skip next to the delivery you would like to skip. Similarly, to unskip a delivery, you would click Unskip next to the order.
To Pause an order, click the Subscriptions tab to view your active and paused subscriptions. Under Actions, click Cancel on any subscription product you want to Cancel/Pause. You can Re-activate a canceled subscription at any time.

How does subscription pricing work?
As a subscriber, you automatically save 12% off the regular price every time your product ships. Please note that because your 12% discount is always based on the current retail price, your cost per shipment may vary slightly (which also means you get the benefit of any extra savings if a product you’re subscribed to goes on sale).

How to change your payment?
It’s effortless! Go to your account page on Earthkissedbeauty.com and click “My Subscription.” Then, click “Billing Information.” There, you’ll see an option to change your card on file.

How do I update my delivery address?
Once logged in to your account, click on Subscriptions tab and click Edit to the right of the address. This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment. You will be taken to a page where you can modify your shipping address fields.
